Storage tank, pump, turbine, dynamometer, generator, and instrumentation for measuring flow rate, pressure, speed and torque. Direct coupling of generator with the turbine by clutch to simulate actual turbine generator operation. Power output is measured by either mechanical danamometer or generator output. Bypass line with control valve to vary the head and flow rate.
