INS 060 AM/FM Signal Generator, 1 GHz

AM/FM Signal generator for testing of equipment in 10 MHz to 1100 MHz band. 100KHz resolution. 60dB attenuator in steps of 1dB, 50% AM, 10MHz FM. The output signal can be frequency and amplitude modulated with internal and external signals. The frequency of output signal can be adjusted continuously with coarse and fine control and displayed on a 16 X 2 LCD frequency counter. Very low leakage enhances the usable low amplitude signal range and low harmonic contents puts
it in a higher class of instruments.
